Step 1: Free 15 minute consult to discuss your goals, determine appropriate type of visit, and quote pricing and possible medications. At this time, we will schedule an appointment and require a $50 non-refundable deposit for your new patient appointment, this will be applied to the cost of your membership.

Step 2: Establish care, initial 60 minute visit, determine which membership works best for you. Give lab work orders. Labs can be discounted if you are cash pay or billed to your insurance. If you have had labs with your doctor in the last 3 months, those can be used for reference.

Step 3: Review labs and send appropriate treatment course, to include medications or supplements. At this point, your membership includes 15 minute weekly visit to discuss your progress or any concerns.
